Summer Vineyard Lunches
in our Russell-Grooters estate vineyard
Non-goat photos by Kathryn Elsesser Photography.
Nothing beats summer in the vineyard. After an Oregon winter, we've all earned it. Since we started doing them in 2009 our summer lunch/tours in the vineyard are the highlight of the year. And as time goes on they just keep getting more fun, as our many repeat guests will attest!
And tastier — with amazing meals by our friend the very talented Chef Paul Parenteau, who just keeps outdoing himself. Plus of course our award-winning wines, which seem to be even more delicious enjoyed on their own terroir.
Come for one, or come for all three. Walk with our vineyard manager Dustin Miller as he shows how the vines progress through the season from bloom to veraison.
And of course, meet Robin's famous vineyard goats. Everything goes better with goats! Open air, beautiful wine-country views, fantastic food and wine, goats — what more could you ask?
- Saturday, June 18, 12–3 PM — Bloom
- Saturday, July 16, 12–3 PM — Lag
- Saturday, August 13, 12–3 PM — Veraison
Space is limited: RSVP today Call us at 503-852-7888 (or email).

2008 Seven Devils sold out — makes way for 2009
Our Seven Devils Willamette Valley Pinot Noir has been such a popular success since we introduced it last year. The 2008 vintage is now sold out but never fear: the magnificent 2009 has been released, along with our brand new 2010 Proposal Rock Yamhill-Carlton Sauvignon Blanc and, making a reappearance this year, the 2010 Agate Beach Oregon Pinot Noir Rosé.
Also take note that we're down to the last cases of our one-vintage-only Dolcetto, so get it while you can!
See you in Carlton!
