We've taken the plunge with our first white! We're proud to bring you this delightful Pinot Gris sourced from select Willamette Valley Vineyards.
Crisp, food-friendly golden apple, melon, and pear notes make this wine as refreshing as a summer visit to Haystack Rock at Cannon Beach — one of the most popular and striking icons of the Oregon Coast.
You'll be able to order it soon from our website, but on April 24 & 25 you can be among the first to taste it at our Spring Shindig.

Spring Shindig in Carlton
A Weekend of Wine, Food & Music
Join us for a collaborative Spring Shindig in Carlton! Taste fine wines from Carlton Cellars, Raptor Ridge, and Atticus, savor handmade appetizers from Brookside Inn, and enjoy live acoustic guitar music by the talented Mark Hamre.
And as a special bonus, this is your first chance to taste Carlton Cellars' first ever white wine — Cannon Beach Willamette Valley Pinot Gris! And you can do more than just taste it. You can take it home with you.
