The excitement keeps ramping up for our winemakers' dinner this Saturday. Earlier we learned that the venue, Brookside Inn, is one of the Best Places to Kiss in the Northwest! Now we've found out that Diner, The Oregonian online restaurant guide has awarded:
Navarre: Restaurant of the Year 2009
Navarre's founder and chef, our good friend John Taboada, is who will be cooking for us this Saturday at Brookside Inn — and there's still space at the table for you!
> Read the full review here. Guaranteed to whet your appetite! Satisfy it by joining us Saturday. RSVP below.
And of course, we'll be pouring you Roads End, Cape Lookout, and Agate Beach, along with a duo of wines from our friends Raptor Ridge: the Willamette Valley Pinot Gris and the Blanchefleur Pinot Blanc dessert wine.
Inspired by the unique character of the Pacific Northwest, Brookside Inn on Abbey Road is a secluded estate of 22 shaded acres in the heart of Oregon's wine country, catering to the wine and food lover's soul. Relax by the fire in the great room or take a walk to enjoy the gardens, waterfalls, and meadows.
