An exclusive Connoisseurs' Club
Winemakers' Dinner at Metrovino
OpenTable.com 2009 Diners' Choice Winner
Saturday, March 20, 2010 — Space is very limited. Reserve today!
"Metrovino's kitchen is profoundly serious and absolutely wonderful, turning out dish after dish of imagination, aesthetic appeal and surprising combinations of flavors. The chef seems incapable of producing anything but a superlative dish."
— Roger Porter, The Oregonian
Join us and Metrovino Executive Chef Gregory Denton for an intimate winemakers' dinner in Metrovino's exclusive private event space, in Portland's happening Pearl District.
We'll be pouring our award-winning Roads End and Cape Lookout Oregon Pinot Noirs and the newly released Agate Beach Oregon Pinot Noir Rosé, plus a special wine surprise preview.
Chef Denton will prepare a four-course meal specifically designed to pair with Carlton Cellars' wines, and will personally introduce each course. Preview the menu here. Your winemakers Dave & Robin will introduce each of the wines and the stories behind them.
Metrovino is OpenTable.com's 2009 Diners' Choice Winner at No. 1 for Notable Wine List, and in the top ten for the Fit for Foodies, Hot Spot, and Neighborhood Gem categories. Find out more here, and in Roger Porter's Oregonian review.
