10th Annual Pinot Noir Summit
Your winemaker Dave Grooters has been invited to be a panelist at the "Sleek, Silky and Seductive — Pinot Noir" workshop at the 10th Annual Pinot Noir Summit in San Francisco. He’ll showcase one of our Pinots, speaking about our terroir, appellation, and unique style, to an audience of wine lovers who will be tasting and asking about the wines.

Platinum X Wine Press NW Awards Dinner

Oregon Wine Flight To New York
Carlton Cellars goes to the Big Apple — with the Willamette Valley Wineries Association! Thanks to a highly successful first run last year, the WVWA is again taking its celebrated Pinot Noir to New York City. We're one of 50 Oregon wineries converging on Manhattan’s vibrant City Winery in Soho.

Pinot in the City
Join us for day one of a weekend of unforgettable Willamette wines, winemakers and food purveyors. For the first time, more than 100 of Willamette Valley’s famed wineries will come to Portland and converge on one city block.
The event is the whole weekend, but Carlton Cellars will just be there Saturday, so come see us then!
Take advantage of this rare opportunity to meet the faces behind the labels in an exciting urban environment. Winemakers and owners — including yours truly — will showcase new and current releases of the Valley’s mighty Pinot Noir along with a surprising variety of other wines.

Learn fresh pasta-making straight from the legendary Nick Peirano of Nick's Italian Cafe fame (as featured in Oregon Wine Press this month). Nick will demonstrate how he makes his pasta and then we’ll all taste the results along with several of his own sauces.
And of course we’ll top it all off with pours of our Agate Beach Pinot Noir Rosé and Seven Devils Pinot Noir. Molto delizioso!
It’s all happening right in our winery as part of historic downtown Carlton's new Friday Night Flights series.

Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon
We're delighted once again to be part of the Half Marathon that will conclude right outside our winery doors. Drop by, cheer our intrepid runners on, and have a taste with us at the Carlton Cellars tasting room. Heck, you can even register and run for yourself — and work up a powerful thirst!
To make matters more fun still, there will be a wine and music festival in town.
