How the Club Works

Your membership goes into effect upon completion of a Registration Form. You'll then be eligible to receive all Club benefits, including discounts. Once a quarter (usually February, April, September and November), we select the Club wines for the season.

Whether you are a Ship or Pickup Club member, you are welcome to attend our private Wine Pickup Party, which is reserved for Connoisseur Club Members +3 guests. You'll be able to pick up your wines, taste them along with additional selections we pour, and enjoy the deliciously seasonal and complimentary food pairings created exclusively for the weekend by Chef Paul Parenteau.

Members are sent an email notification of the upcoming events and Wine Club selections, as well as a 1-week notice before shipping and an invitation to the Pickup Party. Member credit cards are charged within two weeks of the shipment or the quarterly Club Wine Pickup Party. See quarterly costs as follows:

Exclusive Events

We host members-only Winemaker Dinners, vineyard tours, and other special events throughout the year, pairing up with premium NW chefs and restaurants. We also host exclusive previews and club tastings, which are free for CCCC members +3 guests.

Of course, we also waive tasting fees for members +3 at all other Carlton Cellars events.
